How to send successful messages ?

Message campaigns are always customized and personalized in India. Mainly we have two type of message routes. Promotion and Transaction sms routes. Promotion route is for unsolicited message campaigns and it deliver to non DND numbers. Promotion messages are manually evaluated by a team of experts, before it deliver to the concerned numbers. So it’s deliver at day time. Our system enable every customers to set messages and push messages at any time, but it deliver during day time.

Transaction messages ensure instant delivery to all numbers. It’s mainly used for instant alerts, custom messages, OTP (one Time Password) , recharge alerts etc. No prior template approval is needed in our system. Any message can send at any time. It will deliver instantly to that particular numbers.

Message format and sending options

Messages should be a complete sentence.

Never use full capital letter, while typing messages

Always send to single number and assure delivery, before push to bulk

Keep phone numbers in 10 digit format and arrange one behind other.

Sender ID Options

All Transaction, branded and API route have custom sender ID options. Sender ID’s allowed in the following manner.

1, Basic Package – Maximum 2 sender IDs

2, Business Package – Maximum 3 sender IDs

3, Enterprises Package – Maximum 5 sender IDs

4, Bulk sending Package – Maximum 10 sender IDs

Used sender IDs can’t remove or edit. It should keep with the account to avoid future disputes and legal issues originate with sender ID miss use.
